Introduction
These delicious Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites are the ultimate party appetizer! Juicy chicken pieces wrapped in crispy bacon, seasoned to perfection and baked until golden brown.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 lb (450 g) thin-cut bacon β each slice cut into thirds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Wrap each chicken piece with a piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange on the baking tray. If desired, sprinkle brown sugar on top for caramelization.
- Bake for 20β25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until the bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
