🍪✨ Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍫
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (260 g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per cookie).
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are slightly golden but centers look soft.
- Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
