🧀 Cheesy Baked Peppers with Ground Meat

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Add bell peppers and tomato sauce, cook for 5–7 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or small foil pans.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
