Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 jar (12.8 oz / 362 g) Hershey’s Hot Fudge Topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (plus extra halves for topping)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the pecans evenly inside the unbaked pie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
