Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs / 900 g)
  • 1 tsp paprika (for seasoning)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8–10 slices of bacon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, and parsley.
  4. Make a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket and stuff it with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2–3 slices of bacon.
  6. Place in a baking dish and bake for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  7. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
