Ingredients
For the Beef Marinade:
- 500 g beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Β½ tsp black pepper
For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- Soy-based sauce of your choice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine beef with marinade ingredients. Let sit 15β30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sautΓ© onion and bell peppers until slightly softened.
- Return beef to the pan, add sauce, and stir-fry for 2β3 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
